Exclusive Christmas Dinner Course by Top Chef Hiroki Yoshitake of French Restaurant Sola

Reservations for a special Christmas dinner course at INTERSECT BY LEXUS – TOKYO created by sola tokyo opened on November 28th. Available for three days from December 23rd to December 25th, the course is designed by a team led by Hiroki Yoshitake, the chef whose restaurant Sola in Paris was awarded a Michelin star just 15 months after opening, in partnership with the inspiring sensibilities and vision of LEXUS. Following Sola’s closure this year, diners will never again have the chance to experience the restaurant’s legendary gourmet delights. But its tastes will be newly reborn at INTERSECT for an exclusive three-day dinner course this Christmas. After closing Sola, Yoshitake traveled the world in search of new stimulations and creative ideas, drawing freely from across different styles and cultures. His collaboration with LEXUS will now conjure up a whole new spectrum of flavors. Diners can also enjoy an original drink pairing to accompany their meal.

While the dinner course is available, one group of guests per day will be transported to INTERSECT in the new LEXUS flagship sedan LS500h, which went on sale on October 19th. The LS500h will pick up the guests from a place of their choice and then drop them off at their designated location after they have finished their meal. The LS500h features a creative interior decorated in a highly Japanese aesthetic, harnessing the incredible craftsmanship of artisans supported by LEXUS, from the leather seats to the details of the parts. Sampling this spirit of “omotenashi” hospitality in the LS500h, which delivers a luxury drive through the fusion of traditional Japanese craftsmanship and cutting-edge LEXUS technology, diners will enjoy the perfect dining experience from start to finish.

Constantly endeavoring to try new challenges as a luxury lifestyle brand based in Japan but with a global vision, LEXUS partners with Hiroki Yoshitake, who established his uniquely Japanese brand in the gourmet capital of the world, to present a truly special Christmas evening meal.
