The takeout menu consists of a bisque dish with shellfish in a thick, richly flavored soup. It comes as a pot, and is perfect to take home, heat up, and enjoy. It is an easy-to-prepare, yet high-quality meal for this Christmas season.
Containing a whole lobster, this pot brings a real taste of luxury right into your home. The bisque features a superb selection of fresh ingredients (longtooth grouper from near the Goto Islands of Nagasaki Prefecture in southern Japan, Asian hard clam caught locally, and wasabi flowers) in a deeply flavored stock gradually simmered with longtooth grouper, Japanese blue crab, a whole chicken, and local Asian hard clam. It is paired with ten-grain rice gruel beaten into a delightfully thick texture. And to guarantee full satisfaction, it also comes with Ginza Kimuraya’s garlic toast, a popular dish at INTERSECT BY LEXUS – TOKYO’s ground-floor Café.
Moreover, from Thursday, December 23 to Saturday, December 25, guests can enjoy a very limited special seven-course Christmas dinner at INTERSECT BY LEXUS – TOKYO.
This three-day-only offering begins with an amuse-bouche of Japanese caviar and Shinshu salmon vacuum-cooked at a low temperature, followed by the bisque pot as the soup course. The appetizer dish is sweet potato with stewed wild boar. Next, the fish course is fragrantly grilled longtooth grouper with nut paste and foamy salted rice malt. The meat course is a generous serving of perfectly grilled Matsusaka beef. All these and more make this a very special way to spend Christmas in Tokyo.
