From December 21st to January 19th, the ground floor Garage at INTERSECT BY LEXUS will host a special exhibition of food and crafts that SUGALABO chef Yosuke Suga encountered on his journey of discovery around Japan.
Suga has spent time visiting far-flung areas in search of the best food ingredients and local techniques. These encounters then engendered further journeys of discovery for the master chef. This ceaseless quest to uncover new food and talent resonates with the LEXUS spirit of traveling by car to regions around Japan in order to learn more about communities. As such, Suga has partnered with INTERSECT BY LEXUS to create a special seasonal menu.
To accompany this, Suga will also introduce some of the incredible food and crafts he encountered on his journey. Guests can experience lacquer and glassware from Tsugaru, Aomori Prefecture, as well as cast metal items from Kikuchi Hojudo Foundry in Yamagata Prefecture.
Alongside the seasonal menu, the exhibits may well inspire guests to depart on their own journey by car around Japan.
Experience these unique seasonal delights firsthand at INTERSECT.
